We, Deb and Ian Riach, owners of Coffee Worx, are delighted with our recent win at the North Canterbury Business Excellence Awards for the Hospitality and Tourism category.

The judges said:
“Customer Service is at the heart of Coffee Worx, building strong relationships with both retail and wholesale markets. The judges said good food, good coffee and a great business strategy was very impressive”.

The highest quality Coffee and equipment.

This is a powerful affirmation of the values that Coffee Worx subscribe to; which is building strong and enduring relationships through excellent customer service and a commitment to the highest quality Coffee and equipment. Coffee Worx has formed many great partnerships with the businesses they supply coffee to and their focus on training and support to these businesses has paid dividends, with many customers remaining loyal since the company was first formed in 2007.  We are willing to support new entrants to the coffee/café scene, having started 8 cafes ourselves we have in-depth knowledge of the myriad of challenges for new business ventures and are willing to share our knowledge with our customers.  We are also one of the few owner operated coffee roastery’s remaining in Canterbury, with the sell out to national or international brands of some of our main competitors.  If you want to deal with a local company with proven results, then make sure you contact us here at Coffee Worx.
